Labor and Employment Arbitration

• Offers labor and employment arbitration services in all types of settings, in both the private and public sector.


• Willing to serve as a hearing examiner on police/fire commission matters or as a fact finder in various situations.


• Has extensive experience in the areas of grievance arbitration, in discharge/discipline and contract interpretation cases - interest/arbitration and – fact finding.

Labor and Employment Mediation

• Offers labor and employment mediation services based on over 14 years as a mediator for the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission and 15 years as a private mediator.


• This includes but is not limited to claims of discrimination, whistle-blowing, privacy, civil rights violations, civil service violations, common law and employment contract claims.

Worker’s Compensation and Civil Dispute Mediation

• Mediates workers compensation and other civil disputes.


• Was an Administrative Law Judge for the Wisconsin Division of Workers’ Compensation for 10 years.


• Is extremely familiar with the substantive law in this area.


• Has mediated disputes involving pro se applicants for workers compensation, insurance companies, self-insured employers, and applicants represented by legal counsel.


• Available to mediate civil disputes at any stage in the proceedings.
