Mary Jo Schiavoni, Esq.
Mary Jo Schiavoni is a full-time Labor and Employment Arbitrator and a Mediator in the private and public sectors. She is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators (NAA), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), and the National Mediation Board labor panels. She serves on the ad hoc arbitration panels of several states and for several employers throughout the Midwest. As a practicing arbitrator and mediator for over 29 years, Ms. Schiavoni has extensive experience in all areas of labor and employment law.
As a former Administrative Law Judge she worked for the State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development; Division of Workers Compensation for ten years, and is an experienced Mediator in civil and worker's compensation disputes.
Ms. Schiavoni is also a member of LERA and of the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Labor Law Sections of the State Bar of Wisconsin. She has offices in Wisconsin, Ohio, and Illinois.
