Labor Arbitration

Fees: $950 per 8-hour day. A hearing day is any portion of a day up to eight hours. Travel or hearing time in excess thereof prorated. One day minimum for hearing appearance. Study/writing time also charged at $950 per eight hour day.

Cancellation fee: $800 if not notified within one week of the date of the hearing and $600 if not notified within two weeks of the date of hearing.

Expenses: Actual cost of hotels, meals and travel is charged; mileage at IRS rate; postage and phone, if extra-ordinary.

Employment Arbitration

Fees: $220 per hour for all preparation, conference and decision-making time, including drafting opinions and awards. Hearing/conference days are at an eight-hour minimum.

Cancellation fee: $800 if not notified within one week of the date of the hearing and $600 if not notified within two weeks of the date of hearing.

Expenses: Actual cost of hotels, meals and travel is charged; mileage at IRS rate; postage and phone, if extra-ordinary.

Labor and Employment Mediation

Fees: $950 per day. One or one/half day minimum depending upon agreement of parties. Travel in excess of eight or four-hour day charged on a pro-rated basis.

Cancellation fee: $800 for full day if not notified within one week of the date of the mediation and $600 if not notified within two weeks of the date of mediation.

Expenses: Actual cost of hotels, meals and travel is charged; mileage at IRS rate; postage and phone, if extra-ordinary.

Worker’s Compensation and Civil Mediation

Fees: $900 per day. One or one/half day minimum depending upon agreement of parties. Travel in excess of eight or four-hour day charged on a pro-rated basis.

Cancellation fee: $600 for full day if not notified within one week of the date of the mediation and $400 if not notified within two weeks of the date of mediation.

Expenses: Actual cost of hotels, meals and travel is charged; mileage at IRS rate; postage and phone, if extra-ordinary.
