About Mary Jo Schiavoni
Mary Jo Schiavoni is a full-time Mediator and Labor
Arbitrator in the private and public sectors. She has served as
an arbitrator and mediator for over 29 years. She is a member of the National
Academy of Arbitrators (NAA) and is on the American Arbitration Association
(AAA) and Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) labor panels. She
serves on the ad hoc arbitration panels of several states and for
several employers throughout the Midwest.
As a former Administrative Law Judge she worked for the
State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development; Division of Workers
Compensation for ten years, and is an experienced Mediator in civil and
worker's compensation disputes.
Ms. Schiavoni is also a member of LERA and the Alternative Dispute
Resolution and Labor Law Sections of the State Bar of Wisconsin. She has
offices in Wisconsin, Ohio, and Illinois.
